Renewals for current members
Personalised renewal notices were posted to all current members in December 2007. If you lost yours - or didn't receive one - then please fill in a new membership form, but write RENEWAL and your 4-digit membership number at the top.
New members
The Membership Form for 2008 is now available to download. The form is available either as a Microsoft Word document or as a PDF document. Click the icon below for the format you require.
The form is for membership from the date of joining until December 31st 2008. The membership fees shown are valid from July 1st 2008, when the BMFA subscription was reduced for those joining part-way through the year. In addition new members joining the BMFA after September each year are usually sent a credit note which can be used to reduce the cost of their BMFA membership for the following year.
After completing the form please send it with your subscription and a passport-size photograph (we need this for your membership card) to the address shown on the form. Please write your name on the back of the photograph.
Please feel free to print extra copies or make photocopies for anyone you know who needs one.
